2018-03-05 03:04:42.0 Shanghai export security scan
2018-03-05 08:20:44.0 Shanghai center export customs cleared
2018-03-06 05:38:40.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport center
2018-03-06 06:14:14.0 sent to airline
2018-03-07 11:00:00.0 sent to airline
2018-03-09 14:11:00.0 sent to airline
2018-03-09 18:04:00.0 sent to airline

It seems it has problems catching a flight. It's too early (11 days have passed since the ''sent to airline'' update) to be worried. You could wait a couple of weeks and try again, if nothing shows up, consider opening a dispute.
