I would like know where is my package, the number of tracking is RX884272784CN, this is how show in your system:

2018/12/9 9:03 Received by Post Office 52311206

2018/12/10 10:34 Departure export customs CNDGGA

2018/12/14 10:28 Departure export customs CNDGGA

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX884272784CN was sent to airline on Dec 15.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Mexico Post(Correos de Mexico) will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

Ok, I understand thanks,but why my other package will already arrive very soon, this is the tracking number: RX885092421CN, i bought it after this RX884272784CN with the same provider, Biqu is the name.

this is what appears in the consult of this tracking number RX885092421CN:

china post airmail arrival time is like lottery. later shipped parcel arrives earlier is very very common. It does not mean your earlier parcel has any problem. You just need wait some more time.

For your two parcels, if you do want a reason to explain why RX884272784CN is delayed. I can tell you it is because it was shipped TOO EARLY and suffered XMAS RUSH.

You actually disclosed a secret that every year parcels shipped after Xmas usually arrive before the parcels shipped in early Dec and late Nov. The reason is very complex, I can not explain more detail in short words.
