Haven't had an update for LY429291226CN in a while. Can you tell me where my package is?

USPS.com shows the parcel has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 5:59 pm on July 20, 2018. It is still stuck there.

Normally this is a bad news. You need contact USPS to inquiry detail. If USPS can not find the parcel, it should be lost by USPS.

you can use same china tracking number to track in http://www.usps.com.
