My tracking# is LY420987116CN
Supposedly it's been in New York since July 21st. So why haven't I received it yet?

You need call USPS for delivery detail. If USPS can not find the parcel, it could be lost in USPS warehouse.

the packages are at customs in New York and in Chicago, waiting on the shippers info.

They have not been delivered to the uspc yet
