Hello,
My tracking number is UC828544525CN. When I checked it, it said it was delivered in the Netherlands, but I haven't received the package. Can you check where it is so that I can collect it? Thank you.

the parcel is delivered by Netherlands Post. Check your mailbox or mail reception. if you can not find the parcel there, contact your local post office for delivery detail.
