Hello, I was wondering if my package is still in China. I ordered it on July 02, 2018, but it has not arrived in America yet. Tracking number: LY387845179CN
I hope you are able to help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY387845179CN shows the parcel is still waiting for flight space to Chicago since Jul 2. it should be delayed. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks, if you can not get it by early Aug, open dispute for lost parcel.
