Hi! I purchased a parcel on the 31st of May and the update changed to delivered by air transport since the 5th of June.
Please help me, what does this mean? Is it lost or something? This is my tracking number RX710996805CN, please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RX710996805CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 2. Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks, you need some patient.
