Thank you. How long do you think I should wait before I ask for my money back or to receive a replacement item. Do you think there is a chance I will receive this item? I have ordered many items from China and I never experienced this kind of delay. Can seller confirm on his end that item is lost? How does that work?

The seller can initiate a trace via China Post, but I'm not sure how long that takes for EMS packages. It's probably too long for it to actually be useful; for ordinary parcels it can easily take 60 days or more.

I would say that if your item hasn't shown up by the 45 day mark, it probably is not coming. How to handle the dispute depends on the site you bought from -- usually they have guidelines on how long you have to wait for a package before filing a non-delivery dispute to get your money back.

Can you please check status again? ea325702060cn. Seller is asking for another week and saying let's wait for another week before I replace your item or refund the money. Can anyone confirm where this package is?! I mean tracking status hasnt been changed since day 1.

I would be inclined to wait the additional week if you are able. Some EMS packages to the US have started moving again -- just not yours, yet. :(

I still dont have any updates. Tracking number ea325702060cn. I dont understand what is wrong. Would you say this package is lost at this point? Item was sent on Dec 25th.

I still havent received this package. Can you possibly check tracking on your end?
ea325702060cn. Item was sent on Dec 25th. Very unusual. Is this item lost or confiscated?

ea325702060cn is delayed in guangzhou. You can wait one more week. If you can not get it by Feb 8, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Good news -- EA325702060CN just showed up in USPS tracking, at JFK on February 3rd.
