I have purchased an item on Dec 25th, tracking number ea325702060cn , EMS to US. Item was shipped and in transit and I cannot see anything beyond Dec 25th. Is this number legit? Will I ever get this item?

EN325702060CN looks like it might have some problem passing export customs. If it doesn't show up in USPS tracking in the next 7-10 days, you should open a buyer protection claim and get your money back.

Can a buyer do anything about this? Can they check on a package from China?

No, the only person who can initiate a trace or any other inquiry is the person who sent the package. It's still considered to be their property until it the moment it is delivered to you.

I have checked with the buyer. They have checked locally and said package has passed customs and I should receive it. Very strange not to get any updates! Is the seller lying to me?

It's normal for tracking not to update again until the parcel arrives in the US, passes US Customs, and is scanned by USPS.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

That said, this one does seem to be moving a little slowly for EMS. Is it something that's likely to attract the attention of Customs or Security? If so, it could be referred for secondary inspections that could slow it down a lot.

Well I ordered a bag. I am not sure it that is something that is usually subject to secondary inspection. I keep checking my tracking number and nothing. Can you please check again on your end?

No change here, either -- still waiting for it to clear Customs and be scanned by USPS.

You mean US customs? Is the package finally in US? I cannot see that.

Sorry, I should clarify. No, there is no update in tracking status, but your parcel was sent by EMS to JFK (New York) around 24 days ago. Transit times for EMS are usually 5-14 days. I believe that your item is most likely already arrived at JFK, but for some reason hasn't been scanned by USPS yet. The other possibility is that it is lost, but it is too early to jump to that conclusion yet -- unfortunately, it's not unusual for even an EMS package to take more than 30 days for delivery.
