Hello,

I ordered a parcel from this company:
AODUOLA Gem-Mart Store
The item was being sent to Canada to my address from China.
The sender told me that it was refused so they asked that I re-verify my address which was correct already. They said they are sending it again.

My tracking number: RF862039670CN, it returns information on your international tracking tool saying it is being shipped, on my personal China Post search tool it says the parcel is in Yi Wu with today's date, Aug 12 2017. I have contacted Canada Post and they don't know how to proceed. I'm not sure who to contact or where to go get my package. Thank you.

RF862039670CN was just shipped, you need wait 30 to 90 days to get the parcel in canada.
