It shows it left Nanjing 2 days ago but hasn't turned up anywhere yet? How long is this going to take its already been about 12 days I think and its not even got out of china successfully yet?

3. I might be wrong but I thing your parcel will not be able to be track by UK Post. You could call them and ask if it can be track on their site.

4. Your parcel departed China on 2016-05-02 14:35:00.0 Nanjing departure, either it's transiting to your country UK or has already arrive in UK.

I am having the same issue- my item arrived in the UK on 15th April and has not since left the sorting place and I can't track it via royal mail
