2. I think your parcel did not pass the security scan.
3. You should read this:

I'm waiting for another package from aliexpress. the tracking number is RJ736691386CN. The last information is on 16.04.2016. China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received). When can I expect my package to arrive?

1. It all depend of Customs Office in Croatia.
2. Estimated arrival time for Croatia is about 1 to 2 weeks.
3. I suspect your parcel is already in Croatia at the Customs Office getting clear or at the Croatia Post Office for delivery.
4. Just keep following your parcel in case you another scan.
5. I guess you know that you can track your parcel on the Croatia Post site.
