http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 17. After sent to airline, parcel will wait in airline warehouse for flight space to your country. waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks. please be patient.

also you must make sure that shipper has printed P.O box number in the parcel. UAE post will reject any parcel which has no po box number.

Thank you for your quick feedback.

They didn't ask me to provide a P.O. Box number so I just gave them my normal home address. So if they didn't put a P.O. Box number and it's in the airline warehouse, what will happen. Will I not get it?

Without Po box number, you can NOT get the post parcel in UAE. UAE post will return it to China.

You can not add P o box number now.

You need contact UAE post and see if they can help you. Parcel will be delivered by UAE post.

In the coming 2 to 5 weeks, You need call UAE post everyday and check if the parcel has arrived Dubai. Once the parcel arrives Dubai, the same day you must rush to UAE Dubai center office and try to pickup the parcel otherwise it will be returned to China.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have contacted UAE post and they have advised to have the sender raise an international inquiry to update the P.O. Box so I hope this will work.

Or else I will have to call UAE post as you have advised and see which post office it gets sent to so I can collect it immediately.
