HI,

I GAVE ORDERED A PACKAGE BACK IN NOVEMBER, AND EVERSINCE THE 19TH OF NOVEMBER, THE TRACE STATUS SAYS IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE AIRLINE. MY QUESTION IS: WHERE IS MY ORDER? AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE SHIPPED? MY TRACK ID IS: RM933960291CN

RM933960291CN was sent from China to the Netherlands on 19 Nov. It's been almost 60 days; if it doesn't show up in the next week or two it is probably lost.

Sure! Because the package wasn't delivered, you open a dispute so that you can get your money back. How to do this depends on the marketplace where you bought your item:
