Post Where is my order?

I placed My Aliexpress order 81227236107672 on 28th December, 2016 which has been received at Air mumbai Sorting Center on 9th January,2016 according to the global tracking system but there is no updates given after this date and I have yet not received it yet. Let me know the status of the same- by when shall I'll receive this. Tracking no:RQ061129425MY.

1. What you see on the Global tracking is this:

[Malaysia]Send item abroad (EDI-received),Air,MUMBAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
2017-01-09 10:25:00

2. Your parcel has not arrive yet in India and the definition of EDI-received is this:

Send item abroad (EDI-received) "EDI" means "Electronic data interchange". In general, your item has been sent abroad . Besides, the item tracking data has been transferred to another computer (the computer of the destination country where your parcel/item will be delivered to).

Thanks for it reply but I just want to know that how come I know the current status of my order.it will be deliver to me or not or whether I should asked for refund as I contacted the seller many times but he didn't reply.

1. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace, then open a dispute. If not then wait for your parcel and make sure you still have buyer's protection for it.

2. This is the tracking of your parcel:

My parcel RP502414065CN is stuck at "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" since 3rd april.Please help me track this.Please provide current status please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP502414065CN shows the number was sent to airline on april 3.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, india Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
