Post Where Is My ePacket Package?

Hi, I have a package shipped on ePacket 26 days ago and the seller still says it's on it's way, but everywhere I look it shows it was processed and awaiting for shipment. I was hoping I could get more information about it. Here is the tracking number LS169877342CN. Thank you!

US customs import processing is very slow. You need wait extra one or two more weeks.

Thank you for your reply. I have another package from the same seller that was shipped 28 days ago. Can you, please, check if it's the same case of the one above? All I want is to make sure that the packages aren't lost and are in transit. Here's the other tracking number: LS155408168CN. Thank you!

LS155408168CN is on the way to US. If you can not get it by Dec 20, open dispute for refund.
