My tracking numbers are:

LL421775206CN And LL421775475CN

I keep getting the same updates over and over again but it doesn’t seem that my packages are actually moving. Can you help me with these????

LL421775206CN And LL421775475CN were both shipped from Guangzhou to Toronto on Jun 15. Normally it should arrive Toronto airport in 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed or lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new status or get the parcel from Canada Post by Jul 20, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
