They all left China around the same time with ‘send to LAL’

‘send to LAL’ means the parcel is waiting for airline space to UK. Normally after ‘send to LAL’ date, you will get the parcel in 2 to 4 weeks in UK.

If after 4 weeks of ‘send to LAL’ and your parcel has not arrived UK, you need open dispute for lost parcel
