Post When will my package leave China?

I’ve been tracking my package RP754724593CN and it keeps going to the same cities over and over. Nanchang-Shanghai-Yingtan-Nanchang-Shanghai- again and again... for almost a month.
Why is that happening? Will it leave China someday? Should I ask for a refund?

RP754724593CN was returned to Nanchang on Nov 7. Not sure why it is looping there for so long time. I will suggest you open dispute to aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.
