Hello sir,mem my tracking no RY593715947CN is showing (Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE China Post on 23/11/17 16:30) i confused where is my parcel and when its delivered

the parcel should be in India customs now. Now is busy season, India customs clearance might take 4 to 6 weeks. you can not see new status until India customs releases the parcel to India post.

RX197347473CH is Switzerland Post parcel. It has not arrived India Post system yet. I believe it will wait about 4 weeks to pass India customs clearance. You need some patient.
