Hello!
My order is shipped on 15th of Nov.
The status hasn't changed from 23th Nov untill now!
Can you tell me where it now is and what I can do to get it before Christmas?
The number is LX589905975CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel left Shanghai on Nov 23. The parcel should be outside China now. You can do nothing but waiting at this moment. based on our statistics, you have over 60% chance to get it before Xmas.

How comes that the status hasn't changed if the parcel left China?

status update is based on worker scan. After parcel left China, none will scan the parcel until parcel passes import country customs. This will take a couple of weeks.
