LL138559070CN is a very old parcel which was shipped on April 23 and delivered to Japan OSAKA, TOYONAKA, 560-8799 on April 25.

I believe you are scammed. Your seller gave you a fake old tracking number to cheat your money.

If you paid with PayPal, please open dispute against fraud.
