Hello

It shows my parcel "arrived Hong Kong AMC" on Feb 13. It hasn't changed since then. what does it mean? is my parcel right now? the tracking number is CP344571645CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP344571645CN arrived Hong Kong on Feb 13. it seems the parcel is surface parcel which will go through sea from Hong Kong to South Africa . You might wait 6 months to get the parcel.

parcel number starting with CP and transit through Hong Kong normally means it is surface mail. If it is airmail, it will fly from Beijing to South Africa directly, no need transit through Hong Kong. I believe your seller has changed shipping method.

BTW, what is the item inside the parcel, is it weight over 2kg?

It is a cloth, I don't think it is over 2kg. Is there a way to make it air again from Hong Kong?

I have checked the recipe, it shows air, how come it became by surface? was is mistake by China Post?

I think it should be a mistake by China Post yes, call them and try to get a refund for the shipping cost you paid
