from your tracking result, we can see your parcel arrived China on Sep 6 but failed delivery and none pickup the parcel for almost 2 months. Then China Post returned the parcel to Finland on Nov 19.

At least as long as it took to get from Finland to China, possibly longer. Returned parcels have very low postal priority.
