Dear Chinapost,

It seems that my package RG606960529CN has not left Shenzhen since 23 Sept 2017. Is my package missing and if it is not, when will it ever leave Shenzhen since it has been close to a month since the package has been there?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel delayed in Shenzhen for 2 weeks and just left China on Oct 6. Please wait 10 to 15 more days to get it in Singapore.
