http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ514491158CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 17. It is waiting for flight space from china to netherlands. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
