I can't say for sure without any tracking updates, but I think most likely it is in Italy, waiting to be processed by Poste Italiane or Customs. Some parcels of this type sent in November are just starting to be delivered in Italy now (total time up to 80 days).

Some users have mentioned that Poste Italiane is very helpful if contacted on Twitter; they might have a better idea where your parcel is.
