Post Waiting on a package since October...

Please help. My parents sent me a package with gifts for my sons back in October. The info hasn't been updated since arriving in customs in Guangzhou. I don't know whether it's still in customs or was lost. :( The tracking is CH051877004US.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel arrived Guangzhou on Oct 20. It should have delivery problem. I guess you only wrote address in English w/o Chinese. many China Post workers can not read English address.

You need ask your son call China Post hotline 11185 and see if he can pickup the parcel.
