its due for uk delivery or should i say overdue? can anyone advise me what to do?

ime loathe to phone ems in case they just say in transit! its a joke, whats the point of tracking if they dont track?

any advice please???????????????? what are my options? thanks

1. I suspect your parcel has arrive in UK. It is possibly at the UK Customs Office getting clear.
2. You could possibly ask UK Post if the know were is your parcel. Also ask them when the parcel arrive in UK, do they scan before getting it to Customs.
3. With the above answer of No 2, then also you can contact the seller and ask him to verify with China Post.
4. Your parcel is on the road for 2 weeks now, but delays in Customs don't count for deliveries.

1. The responsibility to deliver mail in your country is UK Post Office.
You should give them a call: 0344 800 4466

2. If the parcel was wrongly address then it is the seller responsibility or yours if ever you gave him the wrong address.
