where is my parcel UG962740179CN

i have very inconsistant results, sometimes no record, but on refreshing it shows stuck in hold since november. leaving for shipping centre.

UG962740179CN was shipped in Oct, Normally it should arrive UK in 2 to 8 weeks.
it seems to be transit to a wrong place. I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

is it not the issue for china post to sort out if they have sent to wrong address? its located in china still , as far as im aware last movement tracked is:
