Hi

I trust that you are well.

My package from a store has been moved out of China, but when looking at the delivery status it shows as unsuccessful on two counts.

Please advise me as to what the issue is or if the order is till in shipment?

The tracking number is RV970200272CN, and I live in South Africa.

South Africa Post website shows RV970200272CN just arrived CHATSWORTH, Other, 788362 on Sep 4.

You need go to above mentioned post office to pickup your parcel asap.
