http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY454775583CN was shipped on Jul 17 and LY396984488CN was shipped on Jul 7.

they are waiting for flight space from china to USA. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
