U paid for the worst type of chinapost service hence the long wait. Nobody will know where it is. The tracking will be just one line and it will be frozen forever like that regardless of whether u received it or not. Basically, yours is a 'ship and forget' type of service.

if you paid your seller with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
