Hi

I have purchased the following items:

1. RY720942585CN - Purchased 26/12/2017 last tracking was in 28/01/2018 and says handed over to airline Cn 51000061 ( Handed over to airline) still has not been delivered to South Africa.

2. RY941526820CN - Purchased 19/03/2018 last tracking was in 24/03/2018 and says handed over to airline Guangzhou Cn 51000061 ( Handed over to airline) still has not been moved to be delivered to South Africa.

Both are stuck in the same place will i ever get the items delivered. The 1st item has been there for the past 120 + days.

Please Help.

Now the 2nd item has been there from 24/03 and has not moved since, I'm hoping it's not gonna be the same issue.

shipping time from china to South Africa can take up to 90 days, you need some patient.

The 1st item is stuck for more than 120+ days, is there any issues with transporting products with batteries?

battery is not allowed by china post. your seller should not ship it with china post. you should open dispute to seller for refund.
