Hello,

I have tried to track my parcel with this tracking number RW084593787CN but it shows only " Logistics order has been created (Wish Mail platform)". Seller doesn't respond at all so I need to know could it be that tracking number is changed and is there any way I can find out where is my parcel or did seller even shipped it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ469618045CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
