Tracking number:RM294847645CN (I only want to know if thehe product has actually arrived at you post office and tracking details if possible)

The seller I made an order with on ali express never replies to my messages and it's been 7 days since he posted the product but it still says item ready for dispatch and now I'm not entirely sure if he has posted it for real,
Hence, I would likelike to make a kind request to please send if the product has actually been sent to you and also tracking details (tracking details only if possible I just want to know if he has posted the item)

I hope for a quick reply since I wanna protect my money and time

RM294847645CN has only tracking result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
