http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the receiver rejected the parcel. You can't send a parcel to a person who don't want to accept it.

China post record shows "none pickup the parcel" . Normally this means the receiver refuse to accept the parcel or your address is not deliverable.

Not very possible. If this is a return parcel for refund, it is more likely that your seller does not want to get your return and gave you fake shipping address.
