Hello

I sent a parcel to china with following tracking no.
CY507997227DE

Last status was that they tried to deliver the parcel but were unsuccessful. It also says that the sender was contacted and they're awaiting response. But I was not contacted and the E-Mail I wrote to Chinapost a few days ago is not answered yet.

How should I proceed? Will they try to deliver again?

The parcel arrived China Post office in 邮政深圳市民治支局 on Dec 12, you need ask receiver contact delivery man Mr.Yang Tao, cell phone 13622971578 to arrange delivery. You can also call China Post hotline 11185 for delivery detail.
