It's been on the same status "Leave the "Guangzhou Swap Bureau" and the next stop "WZDM" since march 14.

What does it mean ? should I start a dispute process ?

RV827711173CN should have left China. WZDM is its last location in china. Normally if you parcel status does not change anymore, it means the parcel is outside of China. The parcel tracking result will freeze at its last china location for quite long time(from one week to three months).

You will see new status once the parcel arrives Portugal and scanned by Israel Post.
