Post Tracking Number problem

Hi
Some problem is happened
My parcel From china to hongkong
In ems.com.cn ,
My parcel was arrived in hongkong and then
Failed attempt
But
In hongkongpost.hk,
I can not search my parcel by tracking number
And i did try call to local postoffice but
They said it is not exist the trackingnumber.

What does it means????

What could i do?

go to the original post office in china and file investigation.
