1. This is the only tracking I could find so far:
Parcel No.RF283200714CN tracking result
2016-06-25 21:18:46.0 Electronic Data Received

2. This mean that the seller ask China Post for a registered number for a parcel. The parcel is not in the mail yet, it can take 2 to 5 days before it's in the China Post system.

3. If you see after 10 days that the tracking number is the same then contact seller ans ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
