Dear team,
I haven't yet received my order, The tracking number was shared as below;
LZ661900463CN
I placed order through http://www.coolgugu.com/ and received confirmation on 6-Aug-18 that order is shipped via the Shenzhen EMS Corp and tracking number as above.
Can you please help me.

I had the same issue but 5 days after i placed my order, the seller sent me a tracking number. First, i couldn't see anything online. but now I'm able to tract it using the same number. There is a chance that your parcel will appear on the tracking website soon. Did you communicate with the sender? What he said about the issue?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ661900463CN shows the parcel was rejected by China customs(it should be caused by safety or copyright reason). The parcel then was returned to sender on Aug 10.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute for refund.

Seller has not yet confirmed by when I should receive the order neither cancelling my order and refund money as per my request.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have paid via my credit card. I have requested seller to cancel my order and initiate refund but not heard anything back from them.
Can you please provide any contact number for this company http://www.coolgugu.com/ ?

you need call your bank to file charge back.
