My order with the tracking number LX508924977CN shows to be dispatching from parcel center Guangzhou for the past 3 weeks - updating every couple of days with the same status.

I had several orders from this supplier and never had this problem.

Why does it not ship?

LX508924977CN has problem to pass customs scan in Guangzhou. I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel.
