Post Tracking number disappeared??

I was given the tracking number:
LM217781916CN

Last sunday, Jan 15, 2016 when I checked at EMS website the status was
"arrived Vancouver, held at Canada customs".

However when I checked again yesterday and today, I was told the number doesn't exist.

EMS website http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_t gives me the message:
No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking.

Track-chinapost couldn't find anything either.

What's going on? The number was valid 2 days ago now it isn't. I have messaged the seller a couple of hours ago and he hasn't reponded yet. I'm a bit concerned. There is no way this item(a pillow) can't pass through customs. Where is the package right now? Thanks in advance.

1. First question that come in mind, when did you receive the tracking number!!!!

2. Second thing, did you make a mistake by typing in the tracking number you have!!!!

3. I have track the above tracking number, it's a valid tracking number but no tracking on 4 different sites.

1. I received the tracking number the day seller shipped my item. It was shipped on Jan 1,2017

2. No I didn't. I made sure I typed in the right tracking number.

3. You said it's a valid tracking number? Which website did you use? As I just said typing
LM217781916CN at http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_t gives me an error message. If it was a valid tracking number what result does it give you?

This is the screenshot of the tracking number. Can you confirm it's valid? If it's valid which site shows it's valid? If no what is happening? Thanks in advance
