Post Tracking not updating

I sent a package it's with China post at the moment but it's not updating it's been like this since 16th February.

The tracking number is
RZ093023899GB
Can anyone offer any help or information on this it says it cleared customs but no updates after that.

I need help urgently as I can't get a refund on my product until it reaches it's destination

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou customs on Feb 16. If you are in Guangzhou, you should get it very soon. You can call China Post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
