Post Tracking not showing movement in 16 days

Tracking #LT523961985CN shipped 4/8/19, shows departed from airport 4/9/19, but has shown "origin post is preparing shipment" ever since. It's been 16 days. How long before I see movement in tracking? Should I worry its been lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT523961985CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on April 9.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Your parcel is still in normal time frame. You can wait one more week and see what happens.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
