Post Tracking not found LL072201639CN

Hello, could not find this tracking number LL072201639CN. Number was issued on ebay March 25th then item was supposedly shipped. Does this mean the item hasn't really shipped or could it be shipped even if this is an invalid number?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL072201639CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

you should open dispute to ebay against fraud and claim refund.

I just received this message from the seller. Does this mean that the seller likely did not ship and intends on shipping in the next 24-48 hours using the original tracking number?

We tried to contact the shipping company but they said that maybe there are some problems with this package. We want to suggest a solution that if the tracking number can't show any information in the next 24 - 48 hours, we will re-ship a replacement to you immediately.

we only know your seller printed a shipping label with the tracking number on it. But so far he has not put the label on the parcel and give it to China Post. Maybe he will give the parcel to china post later, maybe he just want to use the tracking number to make a fake shipment and cheat your money. You never know what is his real intention.

If seller has really shipped the parcel, china post tracking system will show the parcel shipment date and post office location in 2 days.

As you said your seller claim that he has shipped the goods on Mar 25. It is more like a cheating activity. Because most reasonable sellers only delay 2 to 3 days shipment, if over 3 weeks and you still can not track the parcel, it should be a scam. If I were you, I will open dispute to ebay to claim refund.
