Hello,
Order was mailed the 5th of November and was processed by the 8th and update was that Origin was preparing to ship. Just wondering if I could get an estimate on when you think I'll receive this package living on the East Coast of America. LW821269761CN. That is my tracking number.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW782213397CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Oct 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
