Post Tracking information hasnt updated in almost 2 weeks

My order was shipped from China on 3/10/2017, but there's no tracking update after 3/12/2017
I still haven't received my package. Is there any way to find out where it is? Is it normal for tracking to show no updates for almost 2 weeks?

EMS to USA is suffering some delay this month. you might need wait one or two more weeks. it should be ok.
