Dear,

Please guide me which courier service has my parcel. I have not been contacted for the collection or delivery of the parcel.

What is QZ4?

UAE post website shows your parcel is in Al Quoz Fourth Post Office, Customer adviced to pickup mail.

You need go to above mentioned post office to pickup the parcel asap.

The Courier Service says, there is no PO box and even contact number is not mentioned on the shipment, but I provided complete details including PO box and contact number while ordering and filling up the form.

The parcel is there in their locker. I will collect it. But please check why the contact details were not mentioned.

Your seller should made mistake and missed printing PO box and contact number in the parcel. You should file compensation against seller.
